Aegis Crisis Response (ACR)

Aegis Crisis Response (ACR)

A threat to the safety of your staff can come from natural disaster, civil unrest, conflict or a complex combination of all three. Through integrated planning, communications and crisis response support, Aegis helps clients first develop and then execute a timely and measured response to crisis with business priorities in mind. Our methodology follows a five phase format through which Aegis Crisis Response is able to tailor its response – plan, monitor, decide & alert, act, return.

With the assistance of a global network of fully insured ground, sea and air assets, Aegis teams will tailor responses to best suit the needs of the clients business whilst balancing the risks to its assets in line with the nature of the threat and the pre-determined Aegis Crisis Response Decision Support Matrix (DSM), which will inform an intelligent response at all levels within your organisation, according to categories of staff and necessary actions to balance safety and business continuity.

Aegis provides a range of services to advise and support clients on how to prepare for crisis, mitigate the risks to their organisation and safeguard their assets – people, operations, infrastructure and information.

  • Business continuity, crisis management and contingency planning, in accordance with International Standards and internationally recognised ‘best practice’.
