Four broad types of service are offered:

Corporate Due Diligence and Advisory Consultancy - advance due diligence investigations on companies, organisations and individuals, and provision of special situation advisory services, asset and personnel recovery, contested M&A support, pathfinder services etc.

Thematic and Geopolitical Risk Analysis – insight reports on geopolitical tension in international relations, political risk, terrorism, extremism and implications thereof for clients’ decision making process.

Maritime - Aegis Advisory advises the Joint War Committee at Lloyd’s of London on maritime risk, provides clients of both government and commercial level with analysis of risk in relation to threats such as war, terrorism, piracy or civil unrest, as well as conducting security assessments of facilities and regions for vulnerabilities. In addition, Aegis has formed a joint venture with the Baltic and International Maritime Council to provide ship owners, operators, and insurers with an analytical model known as AVRA - Automated Voyage Risk Planning Service.

Strategic Risk Assessment, Financial and Regulatory Risk Analysis – provision of worldwide coverage on Anti-Money Laundering and other relevant issues, using human intelligence to assess the gap between perceptions of regulation and reality of enforcement.

Aegis Advisory's clients comprise commercial and investment banks, major multinational corporations, insurance and re-insurance companies, leading international accountancy and law firms, private commercial organisations and national governments (police, intelligence and military).
