You can check at any time the analytics of the program including average cost, time entry, spend control, key performance indicator reports, status of active requisitions, resource utilization and more!

Onsite Management

If you need more than 75 temps working for you, GardaWorld can help manage sourcing operations, supply chain management and administration services with an onsite agent.

Think of our agents as the link between you and GardaWorld. They make sure all the temp staff arrive to their shifts, provide an orientation session including health and safety, evaluate their performance, provide leadership in programs such as employee management and retention, and more!

Once an agent is assigned to be your onsite manager, they even make sure that recruitment happens on the premises. We believe that the benefits of onsite recruitment are huge! For starters, employees get a feel of the work environment before the first day on the job – reducing attrition.
